Federal Trade Commission sues Nvidia to stop its coup d'etat of Arm
The America Federal Trade Commission has filed a lawsuit to block Nvidia's acquirement of Britain-based check designer and supplier Arm Finite. Nvidia starting time announced the acquisition in September 2020, when Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang said the merger "will create a company fabulously positioned for the age of AI."
